My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The room, although it initially had a tub shower which wasn't convenient, was quickly switched to a room with a walk-in shower and a stunning ocean view from the big balcony. The sink drain issue was a minor inconvenience, but overall, the room was spacious and comfortable.
The hotel exceeded my expectations with its cleanliness and comfortable rooms. The private beach access was a great plus, but the room felt a bit dark and tired, lacking a clear view of the water. The noise levels were a downside, especially hearing toilet flushes from above.
The hotel overlooks the gulf with an ocean view, thanks to Fernando who ensured we had an ocean-view room, although it was noisy at times and we could hear toilet flushes from above. The initial room was not great, small, and with a view of a parking lot.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were spacious, modern, and spotlessly clean, offering an incredible view of the Gulf and the marina. The service was top-notch, with friendly staff always ready to assist. The location was perfect, close to restaurants, the harbor, and Duval Street. The dining options were environmentally friendly, although a bit limited. Overall, a great value for money.
I was on the 3rd floor with a balcony offering a wonderful ocean view, albeit to the northeast, and a very small angled balcony. The room was a bit dated but fine, with a very good bed. The location was great for getting to Duval St and other attractions, although no sunset view from the balcony.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were beautiful and spacious with great furniture for entertaining, but they were not as clean as I would have liked. However, the stunning views of the water and pool made it worth every penny. The service was accommodating and top-notch, with gracious and genuine staff from all areas. The location was fantastic for exploring Key West, although it was disappointing that the ocean access was rocky without swim shoes. The dining experience wasn't great as we felt the breakfast service fell short, lacking a more international flavor. Overall, a lovely stay with a few drawbacks but still a place I would recommend.
